The laboratory of Loren E. Wold, PhD, FAHA, FCVS at The Ohio State University as part of the College of Nursing and the Department of Physiology and Cell Biology at the Dorothy M. Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute in the College of Medicine is looking for a motivated postdoctoral researcher to aid in their investigation of the impact of environmental exposures on health and disease. The lab is funded by the NIH, the VA and the AHA to investigate how environmental factors such as air pollution and e-cigarettes affect the heart, lungs, and brain. The most state-of-the-art techniques are utilized for rodent physiology, in vivo and in vitro exposure paradigms, molecular biology, and histopathology.
