We have recently developed a ribosome profiling strategy that can be applied to ultra-low input samples. Conduct research under the direction of Sarah Kate Bearman, Ph.D. in the laboratory for Leveraging Evidence and Advancing Practice for Youth Mental Health (LEAP Lab) at UT Austin. Activities may include co-directing an NIMH-funded randomized clinical trial of the FIRST treatment protocol (Weisz & Bearman, 2020), training and providing consultation to community clinicians who are research participants, oversight of online clinician feedback systems and clinician competency assessment, and database management. Functioning somewhat independently, the Postdoctoral Researcher will conduct computational modeling related to the optimal mode of delivery, optimal timing of delivery, and time series analysis of digital phenotype data of the NSF funded study, initiated by and under supervision of Drs.
